1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "earphp," "we," "us," "our" refers to the earphp online casino platform operated through the domain earphp.cam and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," "your," "user" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the earphp platform for gaming purposes.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon registration on the earphp platform.
• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds from a Player's external payment source into their earphp Account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's earphp Account balance to their designated external payment account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other promotional benefits granted by earphp to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager bonus funds or associated deposit amounts before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Games" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, poker rooms, slots, bingo games, and other gambling products available on the earphp platform.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by a Player that are not subject to bonus terms or wagering requirements.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion mechanisms, and other features designed to promote responsible gambling behavior.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity on earphp. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. earphp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The earphp platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing earphp from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law do so at their own risk and in violation of local regulations. earphp disclaims all liability for Players who access our services from restricted jurisdictions.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines. You represent that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that you are participating in gaming activities solely for your own personal entertainment and benefit.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are prohibited from using earphp services:

• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling activities through earphp or any other gaming operator
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of earphp or its game providers
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of earphp employees
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted
• Persons engaged in professional gambling, bonus abuse, or advantage play schemes

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the earphp platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. earphp employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprinting, IP addresses, payment methods, and other technical indicators.

3.2 Accurate Information Requirement

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, email address, and government-issued identification details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

earphp is required by law to verify the identity of all Players in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to promptly provide any documentation requested by earphp for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID, or other valid ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Payment method verification (photographs of credit/debit cards, bank account statements, e-wallet screenshots)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or permanent account closure.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify earphp customer support and change your password. earphp is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security precautions.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

earphp accepts deposits through various payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), 7-Eleven cash deposits, and selected cryptocurrency options (USDT TRC20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally range from ₱100 to ₱500. Maximum deposit limits are set based on account verification status, transaction history, and payment method capabilities. Verified accounts may request higher deposit limits by contacting customer support.

4.3 Processing Times

Most deposits are processed instantly and reflected in your earphp account balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take 15-30 minutes during banking hours. Deposits made outside Philippine banking hours (weekends, holidays) may experience delays. earphp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Deposit Fees

earphp does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, cryptocurrency exchange) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals) are strictly prohibited. earphp reserves the right to reverse any deposits made from third-party payment sources and to close accounts found to be using payment methods not registered in the Player's name.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a payment method registered in your name and verified by earphp. This policy is required under anti-money laundering regulations. Exceptions may be granted in special circumstances at earphp's sole discretion.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 for most payment methods. Requests below this threshold will be rejected. Players are encouraged to accumulate withdrawable balances above the minimum before requesting payouts.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time). First-time withdrawals and withdrawals from unverified accounts may require additional processing time for security and compliance verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed fastest, usually within 1-4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

5.4 Wagering Requirements on Deposits

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) times before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱1,000 deposit must result in at least ₱1,000 in total bets before the remaining balance can be withdrawn. This requirement applies to Real Money deposits and is separate from Bonus wagering requirements.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts have daily withdrawal limits of ₱50,000 and monthly withdrawal limits of ₱500,000. VIP players may request higher limits based on their account tier. earphp reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments.

5.6 Withdrawal Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and fraud screening. earphp may request additional documentation or information before approving withdrawal requests. Suspicious activity, duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, or violation of Terms may result in withdrawal denial and account investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by earphp are subject to specific terms and conditions published for each promotion. Not all Players may be eligible for all bonuses. earphp reserves the right to exclude Players from bonus promotions at its sole discretion, particularly Players suspected of bonus abuse or advantage play.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount or the combined bonus and deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered ₱30,000 in total bets before winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are:

• Slots and arcade games: 100% contribution
• Roulette, blackjack, and table games: 10-20% contribution
• Live dealer games: 10-15% contribution
• Poker and video poker: 5-10% contribution
• Sports betting: varies by promotion, typically 50-100%

6.4 Maximum Bet Restrictions

While bonus funds are active, Players are subject to maximum bet restrictions, typically ₱200-500 per game round or spin. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while wagering a bonus constitutes a violation of bonus terms and may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.5 Bonus Expiration

All bonuses have expiration periods, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiration.

6.6 One Bonus Per Player

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players may have only one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously or creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All games on the earphp platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories such as iTech Labs and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). Game outcomes are determined entirely by random chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by earphp or Players.

7.2 Malfunctions Void All Pays

In the event of system malfunction, software error, incorrect game configuration, or technical failure, all bets and payouts associated with the affected game rounds are void. earphp will investigate all reported malfunctions and, if appropriate, refund affected wagers to Players' accounts.

7.3 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, your active bets will remain valid and will be resolved according to game rules. Completed game rounds will be recorded in your account history. You may resume gameplay by logging back into your account. For live dealer games, disconnections exceeding 30 seconds will result in automatic standing/folding according to standard game procedures.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting is subject to earphp Sports Betting Rules, which govern bet acceptance, settlement, void bets, postponed events, and dispute resolution. These rules are available on the earphp website and are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1 Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or payment credentials
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripted betting systems
• Exploitation of software bugs or game errors for financial gain
• Chip dumping, money laundering, or other illegal financial activities
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals

8.2 Advantage Play and Bonus Abuse

Players who engage in systematic advantage play, bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or other strategies designed to guarantee profits rather than participate in genuine entertainment gambling may have their accounts restricted or closed at earphp's discretion. earphp is an entertainment platform, not a vehicle for guaranteed income generation.

8.3 Multiple Account Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, deposit limits, or self-exclusion measures is strictly prohibited. earphp employs advanced fraud detection systems and will close all related accounts upon detection of duplicate account activity.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 earphp's Right to Suspend or Terminate

earphp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for account termination may include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms
• Abusive behavior toward customer support staff
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Extended periods of account inactivity

9.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus funds, pending bonuses, and unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from gambling activities may request account self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to access their account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration and cannot be lifted early.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

The earphp platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. earphp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, earphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the earphp platform.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless earphp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the earphp platform, you must first contact customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.

11.2 Escalation Process

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 48 hours, you may request escalation to a senior support manager. All escalated complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 7 business days.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12. Amendments to Terms

12.1 Right to Modify

earphp reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the earphp website. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12.2 Notification of Changes

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via email notification, account dashboard announcements, or prominent notices on the earphp website. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

12.3 Version Control

Each version of these Terms will be dated and archived. Previous versions are available upon request to customer support. In the event of disputes regarding Terms interpretation, the version in effect at the time of the relevant transaction or activity shall govern.

By creating an account or using any services provided by earphp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
